August 9, 2023

Tomorrow is forecasted to be sunny with temps in the 60s-70s. We’ll have a rolling start to the work party between 9 and 10 am.

This Week’s Harvests …

Monday 8/5 evening harvest for the Brinnon Food Bank was supported by Diane, Lindsay, Jordan, Lys, Amber and our NEW volunteer, Teresa. They harvested pole beans, beets, carrots, chard, cucumbers, parsley, basil, kale, lettuce, radicchio, onions, peas, potatoes, radishes, scallop squash and zucchini for a total of 125.75 pounds. This is our largest haul out of Brian’s Garden… A RECORD! We also sent a flat of chives in 4-inch pots and 3 in half-gallon pots.
